The recent action by concerned shareholders of this company should be applauded in their willingness to stand up to an executive that has wasted $$millions and accomplished nothing.

I personally believe that the ceo, Viraf Kapadia is unfit for this position and should be removed immediately. I further call for an investigation of all related transactions to ascertain whether he has enriched himself while acting as the ceo.

It is pathetic that with all this time and money, he has failed to get any meaningful sales. Where has all the money gone?

If i were him, I would feel disgraced and embarassed.
