Wrong. Absolute dilution. They just converted a note to shares and sold them into the float. That, by definition, is dilution. In addition, they discontinued the FINTECH portion of the business just as bitcoin takes off again. So basically they are advisors with like 4 clients. I don’t see the PPS getting anywhere close to what it once was.
