Agreed. It’s reputation is obliterated, it’s internal employee culture is toxic and it’s leadership has failed to maintain regulatory standards.

Given the publicity and public nature of this fiasco I believe Health Canada has no other choice by to crack down.

The financial backlash will be harsh. The bought deal will implode and a number of case actions will cream up (there’s already a decent sized one in the works).

Shame on Aceto and his management. This is what happens when finance people tried to maximize opportunities in this space. The industry needs to weed these people out (excuse the pun).
