It is expected that, along with the investment to be made into Jaco, the combining of each company's technology, products, engineering and manufacturing resources, as well as suppliers, will create a stronger and more visible display company in the marketplace."

Expecting filings to go fully reporting again. Insiders still own at .35 and they use to be listed Nasdaq...but Nasdaq seems to not be a direction at this time they are taking.
