I added more share to average down because I'm upside down. I did it because I hoped in bankruptcy The Judge is running the show and does his job. We know the players Teper, Discover kirk, Tony , ICO , ECT. have there own agenda (crooked). I guess my belief in the court system is crazy.(as I know he could care less about us). He must see the show though so if he does his job and gets the max $ and see the crap that's went on we end up with- a new company (partnered or not )with milestone payments or cash. or total liquidation with cash left over. We are all here because we know What Bert should be worth.
I am not ruling out a fast one though! Maza made major $ and did nothing but get us Tepers failed merger. Tepers taken huge $ and still hasn't come up with $ to buy his drug and its what he wanted all along. Where did all the $ go? We've been talking about the same things for years and gotten nowhere except their pockets being full.
