To clear up today's filing. It is a non-issue just a required annual filing. This is from the CEO explaining it.

We filed a post effective amendment to the S-1 that was filed in 2016 in connection with the agreements with United Wireless. We are required to keep that current by filing post effective amendments each year. We are not offering any new shares and the $0.005 price in the calculation of the registration fee is noted as solely for the purpose of calculating the registration fee
