Did a better funding option come along? Why withdraw the registration unless, (A) nobody wanted shares for over a dollar when they’re trading 30% cheaper or (B) a better funding option is available that’s non dilutive or (C) bankruptcy is imminent. I think B can be eliminated as an option..,
