Yes you are banking on mgmt. pulling something off.

Mgmt sucks ..... of course that doesn't mean they can't pull a rabbit out of a hat. Reality though is mgmt. and BoD own the biggest chunk of this stock ...... and needs to save their own ass having destroyed shareholder value of the company THEMSELVES over the past decade.

Given this move up is on no news .... the stock has continued to trend lower on no volume for MONTHS ...... and now the largest volume I can recall in the history of this company .... it reeks of insider trading .... or a pump and dump.

No question this stock has a pristine share structure, has high inside ownership and can move in a flash. Today shows it is possible. Big enough pump could easily jump past .25.
