I think the red flags are those that go with shells and the OTC, plus the fact that KRBF apparently involves Chinese companies (high potential, but also a warning to many).

Call them pink flags, not enough to deter someone already looking at OTC shells.

Against that is a pretty decent share structure.

I have not seen anything specific to KRBF.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
