stockpsychic, the current float appears to be 2,658,126.

According to the 10-K, here's the current status of the 48,688,996 acquisition shares.

"The shares being issued for the acquisition are restricted and being held
in a Liquidating Trust, which means that until they are registered with the
Securities and Exchange Commission they will not be marketable."
