Regarding the 33% vs. 50/50 thing...

That was an entirely plausible hypothesis and observation that somebody put up and coincides with the timing of 10%.

However, I could only go with 33% possible on that because, and I am very serious, the longer the study goes, the more effective it means we are being. That is a forward weight. i.e., if we've gone this far, then odds are we keep going farther. It is more likely that we are more effective than 10% and therefore we are less likely to be done yet.

In other words the PII numbers are more and more likely to be holding up.
