Actually, it could be good news. It could be an indicator that the A/S will only be 1 billion post-split, and not 1.8 billion. Might be an early indicator that the A/S will be reduced

(Pinksheets only knows what the company chooses to tell them. I think that if the company called pinksheets to update the A/S on 11/10, then it would account for post-split numbers. Otherwise, what would be the point of updating pinksheets right before a split?)
