Berman uses DILUTION every qtr to provide toxic financing and line his pockets - no legit financing sources are available to him. Gee, maybe that 'record revenue' doesn't pass the 'smell test' w/ actual banks...

ONCI is for suckers; this ticker has been PUMPED & HYPED by the same folks for the past 18+ months, buying ALL THE WAY DOWN...
