I'm saying that the price dropping premarket before the average person can do anything is usually not the average Etrade/ you don't know your broker personally type trading.
So there was premarket activity this morning that looked like selling but it could have very well been the company buying and lucking out with the end result of getting cheaper shares which in turn caused the PPS premarket.
But no the buyer did not cause the seller to sell cheap just because they were buying that was the decision of the seller. If the buyer had the intent of acquiring shares they are going to expect the broker to get them the best available price.
