Also I do not see any dilution. What is occurring is this stock came from sub penny to now the 3-4 cent range, and whenever that happens there is a time period where some who were in under a penny sell, usually a fair amount of shares as they were bought cheaply.

The stock is establishing a new base and buying range that is absorbing all of those sub penny sells and setting things up for the next stage up, which I believe will be over 10 cents and eventually dollars. $$$
