You haven't seen anything. When (not if) the Federal Circuit reverses the lower court and IF (yes if) KK fulfills his pledge to have the filings up-to-date by that time, THEN you will see real volume. I suspect that with the stock this thin (20 million outstanding) that your computer screen will look like slot machine wheels in motion. In this case, a blur UPWARD.

That's my story and I am sticking to it. Many of the real longs know I have been saying this for quite a while every since the July 2017 Federal Circuit ruling (on another similar case) clearly indicated how that court was going to rule in our case.

You keep saying you would sell most (all?) of your modest position for a dime. (Yes, "many" tens of thousands of shares is a modest position). That means that you have absolutely no confidence in the above scenario -- your right. But that right does not translate into your ability to convince others of your perspective. Many hold to the above scenario and have placed their bets, while the roulette ball takes its damn good time falling. BUT we are fairly sure where it will eventually land.
