Ya can't have the 10Q without the 10K/A and you can't have the 10K/A without an auditer. Somehow I don't think Mr. Benson is going to be auditing anything in the near future. Hopefully, his career as a CPA is over. He cost a lot of people a lot of money. If litigation ever starts, he and Daryl should be on the defendant's list since Rufus will have nothing nor will CSHD.
