I realize that. The main reason for for the JV, is China state owned mines. With the JV, those mines will be automatically assumed. I think with all off this coming together, they would rather concentrate there efforts on this, and make sure everything is in place, and all bugs are 100% worked out, before spending to much energy, in areas that maybe premature right now. I realize that marketing is key, but if done in a manner, as to push the cart before the horse, so to speak, they could in a sense be doing more harm than good. I do think that all efforts are going into the completion of JV, and maybe, they don't have the man power @ this critical time to pursue other means of marketing. I think this would be a great thing, if they were not strapped @ this time. Attending an event like that @ this time, with limited man power could be the one thing right now, that
puts an un-needed distraction on the course they are headed on.
