1). HHSE OFFICES - Beginning last September, HHSE began receiving ginormous "utility service charges" for the office space at 300 N. College in Fayetteville. The explanation rendered by the landlord was that the recent move-out of many tenants from the building resulted in a very large share of the building's utilities now going to Hannover House (as one of only a handful of remaining tenants). We protested because we did not see such an allocation being allowed under the space lease, but the landlord was steadfast. In protest, we stopped paying rent until it was addressed... and finally in January, gave our notice to not renew the lease and to move out of the space. This infuriated the property manager - and they have since filed a complaint to collect their "inflated" fees. Hannover will respond to the lawsuit by attaching the lease agreement, the summary of payments and our tender offer of $12,000 to pay it current (which they rejected in December).

Whoops! And just like that, $12,000 turns into $38,000 owed by the genius Parkinson.
