To be a reporting company, SPRV must first file a Form 10 or an S-1, plus have two years of audited financials. They’ve done neither. Even then if must be deemed effective which would bring an entire set of SEC Rules and Regulations that SPRV simply doesn’t meet.

Shareholders have been waiting here for literally years, hoping against hope SPRV will take a different route. It hasn’t because the management is selling shares. Anyone who’s researched the controlling shareholder here, Paul Strickland, knows All of his companies have No bid.

SPRV still has No bid x 0001 - Dilution is still ongoing.
