UH, the business agent does not pay the fee to NVSOS. Aul, as assistant Secretary would be responsible for that. A registered agent just provides a Nevada address so the company can call itself a Nevada domiciled Corp. and receives some mail at that address.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhh no. Aul is not responsible for paying the fee because he is not an officer. If he does pay it, it will only be because of an officer's authorization.

Kind of sad that Kisa/GIFX can't come up with $1075.00 to get current and have been in "Default" for over 2 months.

LOL Here we have another assumption/suspicion. Nobody has said they "can't come up with it". Nobody knows why it hasn't been paid YET.
