You are correct in saying people do not need to subscribe to my theory, this is a public forum and you don't know me from TIm, Chris, or anyone else. I have always stated that this is my opinion and people need to believe what they choose from the DD they have done. They also need to draw some conclusion from the situation at hand, why no message from the company? Why run the company in such secrecy when they would give updates going into ticker change? It's like the whole 10K has become a joke and they are waiting for the time to pass to release it, and the damage is done already.

Where I got frustrated with the whole situation was back in May when I saw the dilution happening. I started to wonder why they would dilute the stock without the price "skyrocketing" first. I have never been in a stock where the they dilute or have offerings (other than BioTech, but there are reasons for BioTech to dilute) without a "jump" in share price. I believe if they had not started diluting in May this stock would still be about $1.25 to $1.50 on anticipation of 10K. I also do not believe we would be this upset. My theory comes into play thinking the numbers are a lot worse than the $6-7 M, I am considering something much lower, maybe even less than $1M. -- AGAIN - just my theory.
