The Order states that the custodian will report back to the court 3 months after order was entered to provide status report on the actions taken by custodian...

3 months from April 11 puts us at 7/11...keep in mind the court's online portal often lags 3-5 business days to upload documents after they have been filed. I bet we get some positive new developments by next week at latest. And I don't expect any (bad) surprises--the company was definitely abandoned by prev management, had virtually no debt compared to other custodian plays (and that debt is past the 6 yr statute of limitations); custodian has already reinstated the corporation, paid all overdue/necessary fees to nvsos & TA...I'm excited for what the future holds for $GRNL. DollarLand is 100% possible imho when reverse merger is announced. Float is way too small, and OS not bad either:

...$1.00 PPS puts us at a ~$7.2mil Market Cap--Chiang's first and only successful custodian->R/M was DE_VM, it reached a peak Market Cap of around $14mil, and now sits at $5.5mil even after all the hype & commotion. We could easily see a $2+ PPS with $GRNL. All IMHO. Do your own DD, and Glta!
