Motion to terminate was filed on or around 01/09/2019. Remember that the current chart shows post split numbers so the volumes are much higher.

Based on this chart, we can confidently estimate that a month or so from now, a new company will be announced and we should see pps reflect this fact. Depending on the details of the deal for existing shareholders, we can see life changing numbers from here.

But, i will wager that .1c will be baseline before any of those details are released. Enjoy the fireworks.
