On July 8, 2019, Bull Run Capital Holdings, Inc. filed a Certificate of Change pursuant to a 1:50 reverse stock split with an Effective Time of July 19, 2019, see Information Statement dated July 8, 2019 below. The reverse stock split will affect all the holders of Flint Telecom Group, Inc.’s common stock as of July 19, 2019. The reverse stock split will take effect contemporaneously after the completion of the Reorganization.
