This was the vital first step to becoming a serious, potentially sustainable competitor. And, any real buyout would be contingent upon their regularly reporting status.
The next massive hurdle for them, however, is in getting their dilution under control. I fear that their likely recourse is simply an R/S. There are other options. But, I am yet to see the care with shareholders and the sophistication within management to see them successfully be able to navigate other options.
I'd love to see it, though. I am heavily invested here.
