Oh yes, this company which has spent so much time and money for lawyers,
CPA’s, Sec filings, Audits, and more is not legit? Hahaha, too funny.
So just how much have they spent? I suspect FRFS (Harsh Shetty) paid for the last of the SEC filings, to bring the company current to the purchase date. If they are paying Aul any money, it seems to be a waste, as he has let GIFX become "Defaulted" with their business license. Haven't seen a GIFX audit to date and until I do, I will assume one is not being done. Ha, Ha, too funny!!
