This question was not directed to me so I hope no one minds if I butt in..

You stated above CVSI will be on NASDAQ without a doubt. That was 8 months and 8 days ago. My question is when?

I think a better question instead of WHEN would be WHY. Ask yourself what is the hold up here and do a little digging. I am confident that once you see what is happening you will have a pretty good understanding, and even the answer to the WHEN question.

I can save you a little time in your research. Don't start with the company itself, there are no issues with the company that is stopping the uplisting. The company is in good share and qualifies 100%. Maybe start with federal regulations.
