Right now we're solidly 10%+

There is a little bit of slop to be < or >, tending towards 11%+

Part of what is happening is the longer it goes not only does that mean it is working it also means the numbers Cel-Sci put out for SOC are more likely to be right, so there are like "two gas pedals" on that.

In another month or so it starts to become "absolute", i.e., "no way we're under 10%, and likely at least 15%"

Kind of a "window" with gravity in it
