Looks like the slap crew will be out in droves tomorrow.
If peeps keep it thin, we could easily test .05 territory.

This is the second round of financing with a .10 conversion SP.

I think we are about to make a substantial northward SP adjustment, and the conversion terms will be a good deal for the lender at time of conversion.

I have a feeling we might see another news item soon. Maybe even tomorrow.
