and then according to records they didn't want to participate in the financing....

therefore what is the problem? why are you so excited about it?

Did you actually manipulate information to your benefit... no one else sold but you...

what exactly did you know that triggered your sell off... it appears the CEO was really close on signing a Financing and you said something that you heard something... you were very keen on closing this transaction... just avoid throwing dirt on the Company... you simply left because you had a better opportunity... that is what you said....

it is interesting though how this took place... i will ask the CEO about this...
