That to me, gave the go ahead and make an update to the Articles.

Section 2.02 Purchase Price. The aggregate purchase price for the Shares shall be three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) (the “ Purchase Price ”). Buyer represents that Buyer has previously deposited with Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 1.0 of the Escrow Agreement, the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) held in trust pending the Closing, and credited towards the total Purchase Price. Therefore, the final payment from Buyer to be deposited with Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 4.0(a) of the Escrow Agreement to affect the Closing is two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) and completed June 20 per sticky above on Section 5.
