The other disturbing fact is, had they released Fins when the price was $2 and maintained that price

IE: $10 mil revenue, 1.49 mil O/S (after split) even at 50% MC rate on Gross revenue the PPS would be $3.35
Now dilute to make $1.25 mil you only have to dilute 375000 shares leaving us at an O/S of 1,865,000 = adjusted PPS $2.68.
Do these guys even own a calculator?
