Guess what, as soon as I mentioned Class Action I got a responce:

I can confirm that:

1. Mr Trevor Bone ceased his involvement with Medify Solutions Limited on 14th July 2006.
No public comment has been made by the Company on Mr Bone's departure, this due to a number of legal issues.

2. As of 9th November 2006, Mr Jonathan Bryant is no longer an officer of Medify Solutions Limited, but retains a non-executive chairman's role.
In order to progress Medify Solutions forward and address shareholder value, revenue and PPS issues, the board has for some time planned a change in Jonathan Bryant's role. This is more full explained in the news release on the Medify website, including a full statement from Jonathan Bryant.


We are currently awaiting the official launch announcement from the NHS, they will produce this. The NHS have a well established governmental process for these kind of announcements, however, unlike a private sector organization this does take some time for the NHS to complete.
