I am by no means a aged trader and have alot to learn but all the dilution i have experie xed. The management has not been blatantly trying to state there is NO dilution. Usually there is a period of silence during dilution and than later down the road they explain the dilution. If they ARE diluting and strongly stating there is no dilution. Is that not misleading investors and grounds for an investigation?
