No they are out trying to bury the 10K. It died. It is shit... and they know it. Tim and Chris are going to dilute this because they done F'd up A-A-Ron. They released a PR saying $9M revenue and it is prob much lower than that - the old accountants probably knew it and wanted to be honest and T/C said F'no. They got their croonies and went to town at Fruci and they will release a PR prior to the 10K saying that the PR was wrong as they EXPECTED $9M in revenue but an accounting error (by the old firm) shows that they did not have that much revenue.

Its just a waiting game to see what happens now.....
