Reply to Tyche Queries.

Hi guys. A couple of people asked me about getting a prospectus and more info on Private Placements through Tyche and the tranche system they are operating pre IPO.

I am not a BIGN holder. I was contacted by their European Office proactively - probably as I hold a lot of Energy stock on the AIM and FTSE in London

Like I said, the guy I dealt with was Nicholas Ritchie in their European office. He is on 0034 952 902 782.

They send out what is more like a high level information pack on Tyche's direction and business.

They are quite happy to explain over the phone, the Tranche system - I believe there are 4. T1 at $1, T2 at $1.50 which they are in now, T3 @ $2.00 and T4 at $2.50. After that they will allow trading to begin.

With yesterday's jump to $4.00, things look good, I think.
