Had to post a little about this SEC letter on summer vacation trying to to take a break.

The SEC letter to INCT, the letter just states the offering for a $1.00 a share was considered abandoned since it was never qualified.

Ridiculous offering considering the current share price.

They better get the crap in order on otcmarkets.com, looks like a complete shit show.

Just a little tidying and updating would do a world of good for INCT especially TA update and posting the reports in otc disclosure if anyone can actual contact the company let them know.

One good thing INCT is safe from revocation since they deregistered from the SEC at least there is that.

But maybe in trouble if they can't pay or keep a TA, a requirement of any public co.
