BFRE owns ZERO patents - FACT

Any suggestion that BFRE owns the patent is a lie, check any of the SEC filings under the introduction and anyone can find the truth. Klann owns the patent and licenses it to Bluefire (and only in the USA). Klann made a handsome $1M in just one transaction for the use of the process. Has anyone totalled up how much he profited from leasing the patent rights to Bluefire?
Odd that if it is the holy grail of trash to fuel, nobody else wants it

or else make some kind of merger deal

why? what benefit is it to any company to merge with Bluefire?
