I really appreciate this comprehensive, fact-based analysis. Very logical and well stated. I am reading opinions on other boards that Dems and bank groups may just stonewall MC from implementing much until after the election, hoping the process can be reversed. If true, your scenario might be the only thing FHFA can accomplish for now.

WAY better than the status quo, even if it only nets us an end to the NWS and some relief from the en banc.
