Hmmm wonder why they need a compliance director....

Interesting....compliance usually is for public companies. Unless their talking about for the hospital in which I’m not sure exists. (Never heard of a compliance dept for hospital So anybody feel free to chime in)
Whilst working as a broker in my past, before we did any thing that required us to advertise and speak outside of the company doors, our compliance dept had to make sure we had all our ducks in a row because of the fact that it’s a public company, they have to comply with all laws pertaining to finance for that county/state and made sure their could be no lawsuits from what is being advertised or said.
