My guess is...

This meeting will be where he relinquishes control to all those shareholders who believe they can do a much better job than himself of leading us all to the Promised Land!

Oh, wait, that's their dream. Not the rest of ours!

To me, it seems our CEO is exactly where he wants to be at this point in time and the future is bright so he wants to share that with us.

Even more exciting times ahead!
