Once again. Wrong. This company is being set up as asset based. Institutional investors want to see business plan and exit strategy. The revenue of each company is stated prior to purchase. But the deals I’ve seen is Data443 is buying their assets. Trademarks and patents only have real value after they are purchased. Unless they have an accredited appraisal. Which cost 20 grand minimum a piece. If I buy your trademark and patents for say 1 million dollars. Then the value on paper is 1 million dollars. If I purchase your trademark and patents under say a five year contract for 1 million dollars. I now can claim assets on paper of the whole 1 million dollars. Also I can claim them as intellectual or non intellectual on paper at given circumstances and times. Keep an eye on asset change.
