Some things to think about now that the whole picture has changed. If Constellations were to actually take over CGC to the point where CGC no longer exists (something I have always said would not happen, always figured they would own CGC but keep the company as a stand alone) before the ACRGF deal closes, what does that do? Would that mean that STZ would have to buy out CGC shareholders, offer a premium, etc. That would obviously affect the conversion of the ACRGF shares to the .5818 of CGC to the equivalent of STZ. Can STZ walk away from the ACRGF deal if they were to take over CGC, I'm sure they could but would they really want to, that would be devastating for a lot of people. Lot of unknowns and this week they should all be a little clearer. I know owning CGC doesn't feel the same as it did a week ago.
