4.9 Billion shares outstanding, And yet,
https://otcshortreport.com/company/SCIE
100 percent of the shares sold are short sale, Day after day!!!
The company has not filled since 2017,
So we really don't know what the outstanding is!!!
Not to mention that the transfer agent is gagged.
The math doesn't add up!!!
Need I say more!!?
