Time for you to get clear on the concept. Conversions take place, dumpers hold on the the shares and dump out. There is a time lag involved. Hundreds of millions of shares still to be dumped. No 10% threshold holding limitations as this is still a non-reporting company. A/S will be increased to accommodate the Group C convertible preferreds.
