It’s clear to me now that you don’t know how this works. A low float post split would be bad. The float post split needs to be high. Like 80% to attract institutional investors. We have a low number of joe public investors. Not enough to sustain an upward trend. We need institutional investors. This is the purpose of the R/S. We will be uplisting hopefully to the top tier of the OTC boards. Nasdaq and NYSE are a few years away yet. It is also clear now that the 1.5 billion Chinese shares were/are part of the 8.8 billion shares. Question is? Are they part of the 750 or the 250 at this point and have they been settled. It would appear to me a deal was made because they don’t show up as a holder of 5% or 10%. But it does seem obvious that we went out to 15 billion total shares exactly 10 times the 1.5. Then if they get split by 750 because they were part of the 8.8 billion and the remaining 6.2 gets split by 250. Hmmm. I wonder.
