Same thoughts here. I was looking through the SEC filings for LAHO and the past filings appear to typically be on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesdays. Only one filing was on a Friday. Most were on Mondays & Tuesdays. My expectation is the due diligence satisfaction announcement comes early this coming week. Horse race coming.
