Not likely but seems Tony is at risk if he does not complete his share purchase contracts timely and I see the DTC chill issue holding the price down and that needs to be addressed now and very fast. What can't file a paper or pay a lawyer for legal opinion? This shows me the focus is wrong and be too busy to fix the stock is the kind of thing that leads to a shareholder derivative suit win and will cost him all he has made if he is not acting in a fiduciary duty by delaying the buy outs and the DTC chill issue. This stock should be DWAC eligible too and again there seems to be a lack of management understanding that concerns me and is the only reason the stock did not stay up at 4-5 cents last year.
