CEO [Benito] Novas has been promoting this merger publicly on Twitter [and Facebook] which can get company officials in legal trouble if [there is] found to be [unethical] collusion or fraud. Also its been posted all over their website since its announcement. Again, no company with [$29 million or] $100+ million in revs annually with huge YOY growth would involve themselves in that type of scandal and destroy their [reputation]. This is very simple logic.”
